We wish we had discovered K&A Hardwood Floors sooner. We had an issue with our hardwoods where I left a carpet cleaner on the hardwoods after cleaning a spill on our area rug. The carpet cleaner left a "chemical burn" in the top coat of hardwoods. Reached out to K&A for an estimate, and worked with Steven.
From start to finish Steven was communicative, responsive, and straight forward. He was perfectly punctual coming to our home for both the quote and the work itself.
As far as the work goes, I can't tell that there was a repair even done to our floors his work was so perfect. Steven took the time to take each of our damaged board back down to raw wood and built the finish back up again. Steven is such a skilled craftsman that he perfectly matched even the sheen on the floor. I would without hesitation rehire K&A hardwood floors for any flooring needs in the future.
For our before and after picture, Steven's work is so good that I had to match the wood grain in my before shot to make sure I was taking a picture of the same area now.
